One control point for your entire building.
We bring lighting, shading, HVAC, access control, energy and cameras together on a single interface, vendor-independent and without mandatory cloud services. You stay in control of your technology and your data.
Many buildings grow over years. The result is a patchwork of bus systems, controllers and standalone installations, each trade with its own operator interface, and none of them talking to the others. The problem is rarely the individual system. The problem is that nobody sees them together.
We add a shared, open management layer on top that makes everything visible and operable, on wall panels, on the desktop and on mobile devices. It is built on open-source software that runs on site, not in someone else's cloud. The interface carries your name and your logo, not those of a third-party product.
This management layer does not replace your existing technology. We design and build KNX and Loxone installations ourselves and know what they can do. The open management layer sits on top and connects what would otherwise run side by side.
What you gain
Six points that make the difference in practice.
One interface for everything
Lighting, heating, ventilation, access control and energy each come with their own operator software today. We bring them together in one view, with one login and one logic.
Open to your existing systems
We connect what is already installed, through the established building automation standards as well as manufacturer-specific interfaces. Details are listed below. You are not tied to any supplier, and maintenance can be awarded to others.
Local and data-minimal
Operation, automation and recording stay on site. Nothing is lost without an internet connection, and your data remains yours.
Grows with the building
An additional meter, another system, a second building. The management layer grows with them, without replacing the platform.
Under your brand
Interface and login carry your name and logo. Users see your tool, not a third-party product.
Built for reliability
Redundant on request, so operation survives a hardware failure. Everything safety-related deliberately stays in the proven field-level technology.
What we connect
A selection, not an exhaustive list. If a system comes with a documented interface, it can usually be integrated.
Building services
BACnet, Modbus (TCP and RTU), KNX, DALI, M-Bus, LON. The standards that lighting, shading, metering and automation stations are built on anyway.
Heating, ventilation, air conditioning
eBUS for heating and heat pump systems, including Vaillant, Wolf, Kromschröder, Brötje and Ferroli. Plus Modbus and the manufacturer-specific interfaces of ventilation and refrigeration equipment.
Energy and EV charging
EEBus with SHIP and SPINE for controllable loads (in Germany under § 14a EnWG), inverters and storage via SunSpec and Modbus, charge points via OCPP, meters via M-Bus.
Network and IT
MQTT, REST and webhooks, SNMP, Modbus over IP, plus directory services for login and interfaces to existing network and server monitoring.
Manufacturer systems
Loxone, access control, IP cameras and video management, as well as systems with their own documented interface.
Stage and media technology
DMX, Art-Net and sACN (E1.31), plus media control systems, matrices and video walls. Rooted in event technology and in use there for years.
Built around your workflows
Most operator interfaces dictate how a building has to be structured, usually by rooms and device categories. Here you decide the structure, and changes remain possible at any time.
Views per user group
Facility staff, reception, administration and management do not need the same view. Each group gets its own, with exactly the permissions their role requires.
Organised by workflow, not by device list
A view can represent an event, a part of the building, a shift or an operating state. It follows how work is actually done in the building, not a predefined grid.
Changes during operation
A new view, a different layout, an additional value. This happens on the system itself, not through a change request to the manufacturer. If you wish, you maintain it yourself, and we show you how.
The same operation everywhere
Wall panel, desktop and mobile device show the same state, each adapted to the screen size. No second system for on the move.
From the first idea to day-to-day operation
Consulting and concept
We clarify goals, trades, users and interfaces and deliver a robust concept before any hardware is purchased.
Integration
We integrate your existing technology, KNX, Loxone, DMX, BACnet, network, and bring it onto a shared interface.
Interface and branding
Dashboards designed around your workflows, carrying your name and logo.
Architecture, network and security
Clearly separated permissions and access, network segmentation and hardening together with your IT, redundancy as required.
Operation and maintenance
A maintenance contract with fixed response times keeps the system up to date and supported.
What we deliberately get right
Safety stays at field level
Fire detection, emergency lighting and everything that protects people run independently and hard-wired. The interface provides convenience and overview, never the critical control path.
The tool follows the task
No single product is right for every building. One installation is best served by a closed system, another by an open management layer, and often it is a combination of both. We tell you what fits your case, even if that argues against the obvious solution.
Your data stays on site
No mandatory third-party cloud, no sharing with third parties.
Ongoing costs are clear in advance
An open management layer is not free, it shifts the effort from licences to work. For one building that means a maintenance contract covering a few days a year, for a theatre in full performance operation a fixed support arrangement with several days a month. What your case requires is set out in the concept before you order. And if a licensed off-the-shelf product works out cheaper for you, we will tell you.
A clear framework
Permissions per user, traceable logging, defined maintenance and availability. No flying blind, but a system you can take responsibility for.
Buildings that need to work as one
Public and cultural buildings, commercial and administrative buildings, hotels and venues, as well as existing KNX or Loxone installations that need an open, future-proof management layer on top.
Four steps to a solution
Initial call and survey
We listen, look at the installed technology and understand your workflows.
Concept
You receive a clear plan covering benefits, scope and costs, without committing to a particular brand in advance.
Implementation
Integration, interface and security, coordinated with your IT.
Operation
Training, maintenance and support under a contract of your choice.
Grown systems, finally one interface
Your building has grown over time and you finally want one interface that brings it all together? Let's talk. We will tell you honestly what is worth doing and what is not.
